We recently worked with Thomas Atamian on our first home purchase. He was recommended through a close friend of ours and to summarize quickly, we could not have been happier.
When we first met Thomas it was quickly established he had a wealth of experience and excellent communication skills. After months of working with him, my experience was that Thomas always quickly answered all our numerous questions and provided great advice. He also made himself available to see the houses we were interested in.
Finally escrow is always an interesting experience. We had many bumps with the sellers realtor, but Thomas was able to address the issues quickly. I cannot emphasize enough the value that Thomas brought during this phase of the purchase.

Thomas provided my family with superb, professional, and personalized service when we sold our house and purchased a new home. We began preliminary conversations more than a year in advance. The house required substantial renovation to get it ready for sale, and Thomas' wise advice about where to spend on repairs was very helpful. My wife and I met Thomas Atamian at an open house that was literally two doors from the place we were living. We were in the unfortunate position of having the house we were renting being foreclosed upon and we were in desperate need of purchasing a home immediately. In our first conversation, we could tell that Thomas was straight forward and honest, so we chose him as our realtor. Thomas went to work right away and we secured a house within a very short period of time. Unfortunately, after the inspection report came back, we were unable to agree to terms with the seller to complete the deal. During this process, Thomas continually reminded us that we had to feel right about the home we purchased, and that we would find our home out there. After the first deal fell through, we found several homes that we liked and were interested in purchasing, but for one reason or another we were unable to get our offers accepted. Our home search became a prolonged and anxious process that took almost a year. However, Thomas kept reassuring us that he'd find the home for us. Fortunately, Thomas was right, and he did find us the home we wanted. Thomas just didn't stop there though, he worked with the listing agent and real estate broker to get us closed and into the home in short order. Additionally, after a week in our new place we had a plumbing issue on a Saturday that required immediate attention. Without the internet working yet, or a phone book, I didn't know what to do. I called Thomas and he got me in touch with plumber who arrived within the hour and fixed the problem. When I asked him how much I owed him, he replied, "Nothing, Thomas took care of it." Needless to say, I was speechless. In closing, I'd like to say not only is Thomas, straight forward and honest, but he is hard working, caring, and goes out of his way to assure his clients get the attention, service, and home they deserve. I highly recommend Thomas Atamian to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I have bought and sold quite a bit of real estate, but have never had a better broker than Thomas Atamian. He is a genuinely good human being who cares about the people he works for.
*He is the first broker that ever asked me if I needed help with moving. He offered to come over on a Saturday to help.
*He found a short term tenant for a house I own, while I was selling my main residence. He waived his commission on this.
*He hired professionals to measure and map my house, a drone to shoot footage for a video, an interior stager and exterior stager to give me advice, a harpist to play at the open house, and even had Portos pastry and coffee at the open houses.
*He sold my house in 45 days for the highest price in Glendale since 2008.

A mutual connection introduced me to Thomas and told me he was very responsive & familiar with the La Crescenta area. Thomas gave me a great breakdown of the areas I was interested in living in and was honest in the prime vs. not so prime areas and what would suit my needs best. My son received the PFAR scholarship and during the ceremony we had the opportunity to meet Thomas Atamian. Thomas was very friendly and down to earth. My husband is a general contractor and is always looking for fixer uppers. Thomas got to work right away and within a few weeks of meeting him, he had already found us what we were looking for. Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Atamian to find an income producing commercial property. My husband recently retired from the commercial real estate industry, so our requirements were very specific and expectations were quite high. But, within a few weeks (and with a lot of patience and hard work on Thomas's part), we were able to find the perfect shopping center in Sonoma county. I recently had the pleasure of working with Thomas Atamian and the Estate Partners to purchase my first home. Thomas was very personable, professional, reassuring, and patient with me as a first-time home purchaser. He was willing to take me through the process at my pace and to answer questions and phone calls.
Thomas worked with me to find the right home by setting me up with a way to to view available properties based on area I was interested in and my budget. We spent several weekends visiting potential properties that I had found. Thomas's insights and experience was especially helpful when touring homes to discuss my observations and help key in on features I liked to narrow in on what to look for in the perfect home. I would like to say a word or two about Thomas Atamian. For those who know me, you know it will likely take a page or two. For those who know Thomas, you know he deserves at least that and likely more.
Thomas recently helped us close on a wonderful house in Stevenson Ranch. I met Thomas about two years ago at an open house he hosted in my former neighborhood, Mt. Washington. I was a typical weekend lookie-loo; however, we had two small children and knew we would be looking to move to a bigger house with a yard in a better neighborhood with good schools in the near future.
I felt an instant connection with Thomas. It was his spirit. The purity of his heart. That is what I sensed and was drawn too.
We chatted briefly. I told him of our situation. And I told him that he was going to be our next agent. I called him a few months later and our odyssey began.
Perhaps if he had known my background and compulsions, he would have found a way to decline my invitation. But he was unaware and soon too deeply involved to extricate himself. My goal was to make the perfect, logical move for my family for the next 15 to 20 years - the time necessary to get all our kids through high school. I'd researched and input to spreadsheets and diagrams all the important factors, e.g., school performance metrics, diversity statistics, home/lot size to price comparisons, commute times, mass transit options, etc. Our search areas meandered Los Angeles county from Mt. Washington/Eagle Rock to South Pasadena to Glendale to Sierra Madre to La Crescenta/Flintridge and eventually Santa Clarita.
He hopscotched the county with us looking at countless homes that it seemed one or both of us desperately tried to find something to hate -- and almost always did. For those that we could not contrive a flaw to undermine even making an offer, I found a way to lowball the offer so that it would never win the day.
Through it all, Thomas remained calm, steadfast, dedicated, unwavering, enthusiastic and loyal. And in it all, in addition to finding a home, we made what we consider more than a friend. We like and respect Thomas as an agent. His name will be the only one spoken when I am asked for a real estate agent referral. But more importantly, we love him like family. We offered him a key to the new house, which he declined. However, the invitation to every family Sunday dinner is open, and we sincerely hope that on that rare occasion he does not have a basketball game or hot date, he will accept.
His parents should know they did a damn fine job raising their son into a man.

Recently my husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Thomas Atamian and the Estate Partners Team. Buying a house comes with a whole bunch of frustrations and stress, but it was fantastic to have Thomas as our guide and quarterback. We could not have made it through the process without him.
Thomas helped us find our dream house. The dream house ended up not being in the area that we originally thought it would be. After coming up disappointed weekend after weekend, Thomas educated us on other neighborhoods that could offer us a similar feel and even more house. He knew exactly what we were looking for (and for my husband and I, that wasn't always the same thing). He helped us find something that was reasonably priced for our budget and had all of our collective wants (including the little things like the exact set up of kitchen I wanted).
What I appreciate most about the Estate Partners is that they will work so hard for you (and it's clear the other reviews reflect this as well). We'd often look at houses late on Sunday and to be competitive we'd want the offer to go in over the weekend. I can't tell you how many times Thomas was drafting paperwork for us after hours-- or responding to our emails at 6am in the morning to make sure we had the answers we needed. He made us feel comfortable, gave advice when we wanted it, and had no agenda besides our agenda, which was great. Very professional. Thomas was also great it setting reasonable expectations. Yes there were other houses that we bid on and did not get, but it didn't matter because we got the right house.
Beyond the great service, Thomas is also a very skilled deal maker. Looking back on the process he made a lot of great suggestions that ended up saving us loads of money on the house. Now we're in and it's the perfect dream house and buying the house was a great experience. And Thomas continues to follow up to see if we need anything-- again best service ever.

The Estate Partners, were a wonderful group to work with!! Thomas Atamian and Gia Ngo were our primary contacts and real estate agents who worked with us to find our perfect home! We met Gia at an open house and like many other agents, asked us to sign in and see if we were interested in them being our agents. Sure, why not, i've already signed up with 5 other agents.
Typically, the other agents just sent us generic spam mail about new houses and properties. But Gia and Thomas went above and beyond and actually made it more personable. They called us to ask what we were looking for, what our price budget was, and actually seemed interested in helping out.
Over the next 6 months or so, Thomas and Gia helped setup a profile and partner portal for us to view various houses online. Whichever houses we were interested in, they setup private appointments to review the lots. Overall we must've viewed a thousand houses online, and close to 100 in person. With each and every one of our appointments, Thomas and Gia showed up personally to give us the tour.
They were honest about the houses, the costs, the areas, and provided us with their input. Being first time buyers, we definitely appreciated their input as we didn't know much about the real estate business. They didn't try to sell us the first house we saw, but they were patient, understanding, and wanted us to select the right house. Several times we were prepared to bid on a house, but after receiving their input, it persuaded us to pass on it. They said we could find a better house for the price and area.
This truly made us believe we had selected the right agents, as they weren't just trying to "close a deal." Instead of being our "real estate agents" they became our friends and provided us with their expertise and opinions!
House hunting and finding the perfect home is stressful! It's difficult to select the right one, but i'm happy we had Thomas and Gia to help us along the way. Thomas Atamian and the Estate Partners are absolutely the best real estate agents you can possibly find in the area!! My now wife and I had been looking for a house in the La Canada area for about 6 months so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. At an open house one Sunday, we realized we had found what we were looking for, but the sellers agent said they already had 2 good offers they were going to review on Monday. I called Thomas at 5PM on Sunday evening and without hesitation he went right to work, calling the sellers agent, giving us advise on what a good offer would be, how to present our offer, and so on. We were 1st time buyers, and his wealth of knowledge and advise really helped us through the whole process. I won't give away his secrets, but let me just say on Monday afternoon Thomas called us and said the sellers have agreed to only work with us on a deal, and were putting the other offers to the side. No joke Thomas is a miracle worker!! By that Friday, thanks to Thomas' advise and knowledge we got the exact deal we wanted and now own our first home. Through the whole process, Thomas was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions, morning, noon, and night. I can still remember my wife asking me, "Does Thomas ever sleep?"
